Had my last max effort training day a few days ago. Sad to say that my main three lifts barely went up using the westside method, half of it might be due to lack of effort. The video includes 140kg no wrap squat, 150,160 and 170 wrapped with Inzer Iron-Z. I failed on 160, only because my fatass went back to far thus my centre of gravity followed. Decided to go up anyways because it felt easy on the eccentric. Still playing around with how to wrap my knees, I want to make it look pretty!
